If you are interested in attending a live training session, then please sign up for updates via our Expression of Interest form. We will notify you when relevant training becomes available. You can also subscribe to the ARDC Connect newsletter, and follow the Australian Research Data Commons on Eventbrite.

The Support Centre is a hub of resources. Use the search bar to enter search terms and find relevant resources. There are links to the Knowledge Base of support articles, Online Tutorials and to contact the support team.

Self-help Support Articles

The Knowledge Base is a searchable repository of support articles providing contextual information about various topics and services of the Nectar Research Cloud.

Self-paced Online Tutorials

Online Tutorials offer step-by-step online training that you can work through at your own pace. There are technical tutorials available for beginner, intermediate and advanced users, as well as tutorials on non-technical topics. You can search for a relevant topic using the search bar, and use the drop-down menu on the left to select a category. There are also collated tutorial series you can work through from the Cloud Starter Series, to Cloud Two for intermediate users, and finally Cloud Expert.
